Maintenance Technician (Overnights)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Kansas City, MO (64125) for 12hr overnight shift (7pm-7am) rotating schedule. 4-week training on 1st shift required.

Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment during overnight hours. Your expertise in servo motors, conveyor systems, and mechanical troubleshooting will be essential in keeping our production running efficiently. **This is NOT a facilities maintenance role. Manufacturing production equipment experience is a MUST.**

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain all production equipment to ensure their operation is safe and in proper operating condition. This includes both mechanical and minor electrical repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment
• Participate with peers and supervisors in addressing problem areas, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, planning methods, and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a maintenance technician within manufacturing
• Associates Degree Preferred or Trade School Certificate
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with servo motors and conveyor systems
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
• Strong mechanical assembly skills
